Reports published by the central banks shows that in Tehran the cost of buying land is about 53% of the building cost. This indicates that land is the main components of construction.

According to statistics, average price of land is about 4 million and 540 thousand Tomans but the share price of land in every apartment is considered about 1 million and 160 thousand Tomans.

This means that according to average level of occupation of land in residential buildings as well as the density of residential buildings in Tehran, since the price of land in a construction project is as the total area of infrastructure this will result to reduce of price to one fifth in buildings.
