CEO of Maskan Bank has mentioned that 3 massive construction companies have entered for installment houses sales. He said that commission rate on the installment sales of the houses have reduced by 2.3 percent.  Our policy is still supporting mass builders.

As reported by Consbank,  Mohammad Hashem Botshekan  has mentioned that Maskan Bank policy is smoothening the path of giving services to massive housing builders in installment sales plan.

He said that 3 massive hose construction builders have reffered to Maskan Bank and the bank is signing contracts with them.

He said he is uninformed about the number of houses being constructed by the 3 construction companies.

In this project no loan is given by the Maskan Bank. In fact Maskan Bank will receive wages from applicants for the assurance of the Installments payments.
