Deputy Mayor of Tehran referred to reduction of construction licensing by 90 days in the past decade resulting Tehran to climb 140 steps up and becoming number 27^th in issuing building permit.

Regarding the process of issuing permits, statistics show that in a decade the issuance has reduced from 147 days to 57 days.
