He said that commission rate on the installment sales of the houses have reduced by 2.3 percent. \u00a0Our policy is still supporting mass builders.<\/p>\n<p>As reported by Consbank,\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Mohammad Hashem Botshekan\u00a0 has mentioned that Maskan Bank policy is smoothening the path of giving services to massive housing builders in installment sales plan.<\/p>\n<p>He said that 3 massive hose construction builders have reffered to Maskan Bank and the bank is signing contracts with them.<\/p>\n<p>He said he is uninformed about the number of houses being constructed by the 3 construction companies.<\/p>\n<p>In this project no loan is given by the Maskan Bank.
